Welcome to CT&L's LeaseSync! LeaseSync is an interactive, web-based tool that enables our Clients to actively query and manage their leases, leased assets, and payment obligations. Moreover, LeaseSync extends far beyond the typical set of dry, static web pages. It's designed to dynamically react to your input, and it works in "real time" to retrieve information directly from our data sources. There is no lag or delay. As new leases commence, or payments are posted, you'll see the details in LeaseSync update instantly!

LeaseSync is a 100% free service provided to all CT&L Lessees. Regardless of contract size or volume, we want to keep you connected! If you're a current CT&L Lessee, all you'll need is your Login information to begin using LeaseSync. If you're unsure of what that might be, feel free to email our Web Services Group for help. Please note that LeaseSync does utilize Cookies and JavaScript to provide some of it's enhanced functionality. To access LeaseSync, you need nothing more than a web browser.
