Platform Support
LeaseSync has been designed exclusively for Microsoft Windows-based PC's. Currently, LeaseSync does not support the Mac OS, nor the various versions of Unix.
LeaseSync does support various PC browsers, but we recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer to ensure complete compatibility.

Cookie Support
In order to access LeaseSync, cookies on your browser must be enabled. We use cookies to store "session" information such as your account, user information, and security permissions. This helps us protect the privacy of your data while tailoring the session to your preferences. Instructions to enable cookies are as follows:
Internet Explorer 6 and 5
- Choose Internet Options under the Tools menu.
- Choose the Security tab.
- Choose the Internet zone.
- Choose any security leve other than 'High."
(Alternatively, you can click Custom Level, and then click Enable for both cookie options in the Cookies Section)
Internet Explorer 4.x
- Choose Internet Options under the View menu.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Go to the Security section.
- Under cookies, chose Always Accept Cookies.
Netscape Communicator 4.x
- Choose Preferences under the Edit menu.
- Choose the Advanced option.
- In the Cookies section, choose the Accept all cookies radio button.
Other Browsers
- To see if your browser supports cookies, please review their specific Help options.

Secure Connection (SSL) Support
In an effort to maintain your account security, LeaseSync employs Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") technology during the login process. To successfully log in, your browser must support secure connections and the option must be enabled. Instructions to enable SSL are as follows:
Internet Explorer 6 and 5
- Choose Internet Options under the Tools menu.
- Choose the Advanced tab.
- Scroll to the Security section.
- Ensure that all the Use SLL boxes are checked.
- Choose Continue in the dialog box that may appear informing you that you are entering a secure location.
Internet Explorer 4.x
- Choose Internet Options under the View menu.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Go to the Security section.
- Ensure that all the Use SLL boxes are checked.
- Choose Continue in the dialog box that may appear informing you that you are entering a secure location.
Netscape Communicator 4.x
- Choose Preferences under the Edit menu.
- Choose the Advanced option.
- In the Roaming Access section, choose the Item Selection option.
- Make sure that the Certificates and Private Keys option is checked.
- Choose Continue in the dialog box that may appear informing you that you are entering a secure location.

JavaScript Support
To avail of all of LeaseSync's functionality, JavaScript must be enabled in your browser. Instructions to enable JavaScript are as follows:
Internet Explorer 6, 5 and 4.x
- Choose Internet Options under the Tools menu.
- Choose the Security tab.
- Click on the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down to the Scripting section.
- Choose Enable for all the options under Scripting.
Netscape Communicator 4.x
- Choose Preferences under the Edit menu.
- Choose the Advanced option.
- Ensure that the Enable Java, Enable JavaScript, Enable JavaScript For Mail and News, and Enable Style Sheet boxes are checked.
